Brief Biography:
Anup Kumar Halder is an adiunkt (Assistant Professor Research) in the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science, Warsaw University of Technology, Poland. He is also involved in a research program with the Laboratory of Functional and Structural Genomics, Center of New Technologies (CeNT), University of Warsaw, Poland. He received the ME and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2014 and 2021, respectively. He was the recipient of Visvesvaraya PhD fellowship from MeitY, GOI. His recent achievements cover qualitative and quantitative biological data analysis, proteomics, genomics, biological network analysis, pattern recognition, machine learning and deep learning.
